Each year I attend a few film festivals and keep a relatively spoiler free journal of the films I've watched.
Since 1975 I've been a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
I'm also keeping track of the freebies (videos, DVDs, scripts etc.) that the studios have sent me each year as an Academy member.

My next film festival is the Palm Springs International Film Festival, which starts on January 5. I've also purchased my Full Series Pass for the 2012 Seattle International Film Festival starting in May.
